1 Hoe doe je dat?
Ga naar www.bemyguestincuba.com Klik VIND EEN ACCOMMODATIE ,voer uw gegevens ,datum en het aantal personen in  (personen per kamer alleen). Hier zal een lijst  verschijnen met de kamers die aan uw zoekcriteria voldoen, kies één van de accommodaties.

2 Boek je accomodatie
Reserveer de kamer,wij sturen dan een bericht naar de eigenaar om de beschikbaarheid te bevestigen. In de komende 24 uur ontvangt u een e-mail met de beschikbaarheid van uw reservering, en als er geen kamer beschikbaar is, zullen we altijd alternatieven geven.

3 Bevestiging van de reservering
We zullen  u een e-mail terug sturen met de beschrijving hoe een vooruitbetaling van het percentage voor service en garantie en het reserveren te betalen(in geval van annulering wordt dit niet terugbetaald). De rest van de betaling vind tijdens het inchecken in contanten en direct aan de eigenaar van de kamer plaats.

4 Gefeliciteerd, geniet van uw verblijf in Cuba
Nadat we de bevestiging hebben dat er een betaling is gedaan, sturen wij u een e-mail met alle gegevens van de eigenaar, e-mail, telefoon en  het exacte adres van het huis. Vanaf hier kunt u al direct met de eigenaar spreken over de details van uw reservering, het inchecken of extra's die u nodig mocht hebben.
De eigenaar zal u ontmoeten bij het huis en zoals we al eerder aangaven zal daar de betaling direct plaatsvinden.

Reserve la habitación, enviaremos un mensaje al propietario para consultar disponibilidad. En las próximas 24h ustéd recibirá un email con la disponibilidad de su reserva, y en caso de que no sea disponible, le daremos siempre otras alternativas.

3 Confirmación de la reserva

Después de que confirmemos que efectivamente usted ha hecho el pago, le enviaremos un email con todos los datos del propietario, email, teléfono y dirección exacta de la casa. A partir de aquí usted ya puede hablar directamente con el propietario sobre los detalles de su reserva, el check in o extras que necesite.
El propietario le recibirá en la casa y como hemos dicho anteriormente usted le pagará a el directamente.
