Prereservation Be My Guest in Cuba.
First of all thank you for your Confienza Be My Guest in Cuba and support for private enterprise in this country.

This is not a firm booking, we are now checkeando availability. Once the owner confirms that the dates you have selected are available, you will receive a confirmation email during the 24h following your pre booking.

Porfvo complete the information we request in this email and proceed to the payment of the additional 17% for service and warranty listed on your reservation, depending on the amount that you will already have seen in your reservation.

Once payment is confirmed you will receive an email with the exact address of the room or house, in addition to email, phone and all contact details of the owner.
We appreciate your understanding in Cuba electronic banking is not yet working and owners of private homes have difficulty accessing the Internet.

Therefore you only pay via transfer 17% + (non-refundable) for services and as a guarantee of the reservation.
The remaining payment will do cash directly in Cuba, the owner of the house, during check in.

Houd de informatie voor de extra betaling van 17% voor service en garantie die op uw boeking bedrag wordt weergegeven.
Elektronisch bankieren in Cuba werkt nog niet. Daarom betaalt u alleen via overschrijving 17% + (niet terugbetaald) voor de diensten en als garantie van de reservering.
De resterende betaling zal in contanten rechtstreeks doen in Cuba, de eigenaar van het huis, tijdens de check-in.

Ante todo agradecer su confienza en Be My Guest in Cuba y su apoyo a la iniciativa privada en este país.

Esto no es una reserva en firme, ahora estamos checkeando la disponibilidad. Una vez el propietario confirme que las fechas que usted ha seleccionado están disponibles, usted recibirá un email de confirmación, en el transcurso de las 24h siguientes a su pre reserva.

Por favor complete los datos que le solicitamos en este email y proceda al pago del 17 % adicional en concepto de servicios y garantía, que aparece en su reserva, según la cantidad que ya habrá usted visto en su reserva.

Una vez confirmado el pago usted recibirá un email con la dirección exacta de la habitación o casa, además del email, teléfono y todos los datos de contacto del propietario.
Agradecemos su comprensión, en Cuba la banca electrónica aún no funciona y los propietarios de viviendas particulares tienen dificultades para acceder a internet. 

Por tanto usted solo pagará vía transferencia 17% + (no reembolsable) en concepto de servicios y como garantia de la reserva.
El pago restante lo hará efectivo directamente en Cuba, al propietario de la casa, durante el check in.
